Transparency
Transparency & Accountability
We believe community service should be transparent, measurable and accountable.
Wherever possible we document the problem, the location, the representation made, the authority contacted, the follow-up, the progress and the outcome — and publish it on the initiative page so residents can see exactly where a matter stands.
We publish only figures and claims we can support. Where a number is not verified, we show the work instead of a statistic. Personal and sensitive information is removed before any document or photograph is published.
