Most civic problems do not get solved because nobody knows which department is responsible, how to document the issue or how to follow it up.
Service4Society follows a simple process: identify the problem, document the location with photographs and details, verify it with residents, represent it to the relevant authority, follow up through communication, meetings and site visits, track the progress and communicate the outcome back to the community.
Residents can raise an issue through the Report a Civic Issue form on this website. Please include the exact location and, wherever possible, photographs — documentation makes a representation far stronger.
